AICTE sponsored two day seminar

Department of EEE, Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering (Autonomous) mylavaram is conducting AICTE sponsored two day seminar on Power System Deregulation on 28th & 29th October 2011.

The program is being inaugurated by Dr. V.S.K. Murthy from IIT, Bombay who is the chief guest and he told about role of smart grid in deregulated Power System environment. Dr. L. S. S. Reddy, Director, Lakireddy Bali Reddy Engineering college said that the college got 120 research paper publications by the faculty of the college in various international journals and each department got sponsored projects. Prof. N. K. Kishore from IIT, Kharagpur has taken two sessions on demand side management on 28th October 2011. Dr.Y.P.Obulesh, HOD of EEE department presided over the inaugural function. Mr. N. V. Subba Rao, Associate Professor in the Coordinator of the event. Participants came from different parts of the country.
