Only bonafide student who are less than 28 years of age as on first July of the academic year in which the tournament is held, can participate.

Foreign students are allowed to participate in the Inter Collegiate tournaments. However their participation should not exceed more than 15% in each event/ in some cases in total number of participation.

The Colleges should not have more players than the fixed number of players in each team, to avoid accommodation problem to the organizing college.

The participating Colleges have to submit the eligibility proforma in triplicate with complete information in all respects duly signed by the Principal, to the Organizing Secretary before the commencement of the tournament.

The participating players have to produce their Identity Cards without fail on demand and carry along with them during the course of the tournament.

The TA & DA for the participating players is to be borne by the respective colleges.

The Umpires decisions during the conduct of the matches are final. No protests of any sort will be entertained.

Late entries after finalizing the fixtures will not be accepted.

The players should maintain Self-Discipline throughout the tournament and it is the responsibility of the Physical Directors concerned to control their students.

The Uniform/Players’ Dress with college name and numbers is compulsory for participating players in the Tournaments.

All the players have to participate in the March-Past only in Uniform.

Every College should get their College Flag to use at the time of March Past.

The players should report at the ground at least 30 minutes before the commencement of their match. Kindly avoid Common Players. A player is not eligible to participate more than two games at zonal level.

The participating colleges have to pay Rs.500/- per college towards security deposit separately for Men and Women teams. This amount will be repaid at the time of taking the participation certificate from the Organizing Secretary by deducting the cost of the damages by the players if any.

Disciplinary action will be taken by the University on any team/players during the tournament or at the venue of the tournaments for any misbehavior.

The colleges have to get the shuttle cocks for their matches.

Two teams from each Zone (Winner & Runner) will qualify for Inter Zonal competitions.

Entry fee Rs. 200/- will be collected per each Event, before commencement of the matches.

Entries without Entry fee will not be entertained.

Matches will be conducted under Knock-out basis.

The matches will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Respective Federations.

A meeting of the Physical Directors will be conducted one day before the commencement of the Tournament. There the fixture committee will draw the fixture of the tournament.

The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to make changes in the programme to suit its convenience. The decision of the Organizing Committee shall be final with regard to matters concerning the tournament.
