The Centre for Career Guidance and Training (CGT) imparts comprehensive soft skills training to students in order to mould them into employable graduates and future-ready professionals. Since its inception in 2009, it has constantly endeavored to strengthen the Professional and behavioral skills of the students by offering training and guidance in areas like Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Soft skills, Life skills, Behavioral skills, Career guidance and Counseling, all integrated into the curriculum, besides offering placement training to make them industry-ready and perform better in campus recruitment drives. This centre conducts Mock Interview (MI) sessions, analyzes student performance and offers career guidance to students, besides providing counseling support for students seeking admissions for higher studies. A team of professionals with a flair for training & mentoring impart soft skills training to add complement and supplement the efforts of the core technical teams in enhancing industry-readiness potential among students. The major activities include planning, designing & organizing training programs, seminars and workshops, assisting students during campus recruitment drives, Mock Interview (MI) sessions, providing counseling support etc.
