Objectives of the Student Association


  1. To enhance participation of students in various competitions and make efforts to improve student skills
  2. To establish and maintain relation between the students of IT for the welfare of students
  3. To promote better learning environment and over all development of a student

Membership and procedure for enrollment


  1. All the students of the department are members of the Departmental Association.
  2. Membership is valid throughout their graduation for 4 years.
  3. Membership fee will be decided by the managing committee.

Termination of membership


   Managing Committee has reserved right to terminate membership of any student member.


Managing Committee - Powers and duties of Managing Committee


  1. Managing committee comprises of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
  2. Head of the department will be the President
  3. President has privilege to appoint Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary from the teaching staff.
  4. Management Committee has reserved right to Schedule or Cancel any event to be organized in the department under the Association banner.
  5. Managing Committee has reserved right to terminate membership of any student member.

Meeting of the Managing Committee


  1. Meetings will be conducted at regular intervals.
  2. President will schedule the meeting to plan/design the events, review the events conducted and to grant funds for future events etc.

Funds and income of the society or its utilization


   Membership fee will be collected from every student member once throughout his/her graduation. (from the A.Y: 2020-21)
